The Applause Card or Applause Sign, is an extremely popular bit of business for any performer, when the audience is too stunned (or bored?) to remember to applaud. A large sign 8" x 12" boldly lettered, APPLAUSE PLEASE. Turned over it displays, LOUDER. Turned over once again it says, THAT'S ENOUGH. Bold letters in red on a yellow background.
